I kept seeing a recipe online about this buffalo chicken pull apart bread and all I kept thinking was, I’ll just use my signature buffalo cauliflower instead of chicken to make it vegetarian!
- 1 roll pizza dough in the refrigerated section of the grocery store
- 1 bag shredded sharp cheddar
- 1 bottle buffalo sauce
- 1 packet ranch dry mix
- 1 head of cauliflower
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees

-Toss cauliflower in dry ranch mix and about a 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce
-Cut pizza dough in 15 equal sections using a pizza cutter
-Top each square of dough with cauliflower mixture and then top that with some shredded cheese
-Start stacking the Squares on top of each other like in the pictures above and place in a well greased bread pan, like shown above
-Pour more buffalo sauce all over the top and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
-Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes. It’s honestly going to depend on what kind of bread pan and oven you have, so just make sure your dough is cooked all the way through
-Serve on a platter with blue cheese dipping sauce! Pull it apart as you eat!
