Chicken IN Dumplings 

This is when you clean out your cabinet/fridge! Chicken and dumplings? No. Chicken IN Dumplings! 😂


Chicken and dumplings, not chicken and dumplings 

Ingredients:

  • About 1/3 of a rotisserie chicken 
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup mix (low sodium)
  • 1 pkg crescent rolls
  • A little sprinkle of Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Dash of Parmesan cheese
  • Spinach (if you have it on hand)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Wrap shredded pieces of chicken and a little cheese of your choice in each crescent roll so it’s a little ball pocket dealy and place in 13×9 pan
  3. Mix cream of chicken soup, more chicken, spinach and salt and pepper together and pour between the crescent roll balls with a little on top of the crescent roll balls too 
  4. Bake about 10-12 minutes then add Parmesan cheese on top of balls and broil for about a minute or two until brown
  5. Eat!
