Buffalo Cauliflower Dip

This, folks, is vegetarian. And oh so delicious! This can be a nice side on a weekend, a football snack or a pot luck party dish!

I have always been obsessed with buffalo chicken dip but since becoming mostly vegan/vegetarian, I needed something to fulfill my cravings! Oh yeah, and I hate tofu or any soy products.

Buffalo Cauliflower Dip

Ingredients:

  • Head of Cauliflower
  • 1/2 red onion chopped
  • 1 packet dry ranch mix
  • 1/2 c Parmesan Romano
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 3/4 c buffalo sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat to 400 degrees F
  2. Roast chopped cauliflower and onion for about 35-40 mins
  3. While that’s roasting, roughly mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch mix, buffalo sauce and half of the Parmesan Romano cheese together
  4. Add cauliflower and onion to buffalo mixture.
  5. Then pour into an oven safe dish and top with remaining Parmesan Romano cheese and bake until warm all the way through. Or you could pop it in a crock pot and leave on warm for a party

I’m about to make homemade sweet potatoe wedges and dip them in this dip!
