Lucky Charms Marshmallow Treats Bars

You literally can never go wrong with marshmallows treats! They’re always a crowd pleaser!

Let’s make these rice crispy treats with Lucky Charms instead! (St. Patrick’s Day Decor brought to you by the Dollar Tree)

We will deck out the Lucky Charms Marshmallows Treat Bars with some green chocolate drizzle and St. Patrick’s Day Sprinkles from Amazon too! I had them leftover from my St. Patrick’s Day Sugar Cookie Cake Pops Recipe.

Lucky Charms Marshmallow Treats are so super easy to make which makes it a perfect last minute recipe for your St. Patrick’s Day Party!

On low heat, melt 1/4 cup of unsalted butter and then add in a 10oz bag of mini marshmallows and stir consistently until melted.

Then add 6 cups of Lucky Charms Cereal. I used the St. Patrick’s Day edition of Lucky Charms, that way it had more Shamrocks and green festive vibes!

I also added more Lucky Charms Marshmallows only on in the mix and on top. Just use your discretion on how much but on top is lost important because their texture changes a bit in the marshmallow treats. So when you add them on top, it keeps their original iconic lucky charms marshmallow texture!

Wild that they sell just the Lucky Charms Marshmallows these days! Again, I went with the more shamrock festive St. Patrick’s Day edition!

Place your parchment paper on a baking sheet, spray with Pamela and spray your hands with Pamela so that you can easily guide the marshmallow treats into the pan.

Don’t smash the treats in there because you’ll ruin the integrity of the Lucky Charms cereal but gently push them into the pan. Top with more lucky charms marshmallows and again gently push them into the marshmallow treats while they’re still warm and then let them cool to set before cutting.

My lucky charms rice crispy treats video should help if you’re wanting more detail! Watching usually helps me more in my brain hole!

I love these Disposable piping bags from Amazon, they make clean up a breeze when it comes to things like chocolate!

Ok but this little Espresso glass measuring cup from Amazon is the cutest ever and I want to use it every day for all of the things because it makes me happy in my soul.

Same with these Mini espresso spoons from Amazon!

That’s all folks! Lucky Charms Marshmallow Treats are done and ready to be eaten!

These went fast! They stayed nice and crunchy from the lucky charms cereal but also ooey gooey from the marshmallows! It’s a win win for St. Patrick’s Day!
