The Dubai chocolate trend is here to stay, y’all! It’s just that delicious, I simply can’t get enough! And having a family member allergic to peanuts, this is a nice vibe that makes up for peanut butter desserts…ten fold!

Ok, these are actually super easy to make because I just used box brownie mix to make them. Brownies is just one of those things that I usually end up enjoying box brownie mix over homemade, I don’t know why. But any brownie recipe will do too. I used this brownie pan from Amazon. It’s important to not online line them parchment paper but also some Pamela spray or else you won’t get them out.

While the brownies are baking and cooling, you can make the filling. I used a homemade pistachio butter for this but you can certainly use store bought. I love this pistachio butter from Amazon. I made my own by using these pistachios…

And I ground them up in a food processor, stopping every few minutes to scrape down the sides. Then shortly before it’s done, I added 2 tbsp vegetable oil and melted white chocolate.

This one from Aldi is so delicious in it! I’ve also used ghiradelli too that that was delish. Use the whole white chocolate bar. And finishing blending to desired consistency. I prefer mine with some extra chunks because I like the texture, but you live your life. I do not recommend using pistachio cream that has dairy in it because that will make the Kataifi go soggy quickly.

I used Kataifi from Amazon that’s already toasted so that saves a step. Just add the kataifi and pistachio butter until desired consistency. Original Dubai chocolate adds tahini to this mixture but I don’t like it. You can certainly add it. Also, if you run out of the pistachio butter, add a little cashew butter or almond butter as a last minute substitute. Wait for the brownies to cool and then add your Dubai mixture on top of each brownie.

I melted 2 cups of dark chocolate and milk chocolate chips in the microwave with a tbsp or so of coconut oil for 20 second intervals, stirring between each and then poured it over the brownies in a thin layer. I put this tray in the fridge for the chocolate to set.

Then I added sliced strawberries on top of each Dubai chocolate brownie after I took them out of the pan. I melted white chocolate and added a small amount of pistachio butter and then added it to a piping bag, nipped the tip and did a quick drizzle on top for the ultimate crumbl cookie Dubai chocolate strawberry brownies vibe!

These brownies were fairly easy to make and so rich, delectable and incredible! We couldn’t eat them all, they’re so thick, so I sent some to my husband’s work and they loved them too!
