Happy Halloween! I wanted to fit in once last recipe for this years Halloween season! I chose these easy cheesecake brownies because they’re so decadent and pretty!

The best part is these Halloween cheesecake brownies are zero sugar! You read that right, they’re a delicious rich chocolatey treat for those diabetics that want to enjoy the Halloween holiday too!

What’s your favorite Halloween movie? I watched Hocus Pocus while snacking on these zero sugar cheesecake brownies for Halloween fun!

Pillsbury has some awesome zero sugar baked goods! I use their zero sugar brownie mix a lot. I’ve made this Zero sugar chocolate chip brownie cheesecake for family gatherings a low and it’s a big hit. So I just switched it up a bit for a spooky brownie!

Start by making the zero sugar brownies according to the package and add them to a parchment paper lined pan. (Save a big spoonful for the end.) I used some Pamela on the parchment paper too to ensure these sugar free brownies don’t stick.

Then I used Splenda magic baker to make the cheesecake topping which is just:
- 8oz softened cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Splenda magic baker
- 1 tsp vanilla
Use a hand mixer to whip those ingredients together.

Then divide the sugar free cheesecake mixture into three bowls and add food coloring. I used gel food coloring to keep the integrity of the cheesecake mixture.

Orange, purple and green are the classic Halloween colors! I just added the food coloring until I got the color I desired. I used the great value neon gel food coloring from Walmart.

Just spoon the sugar free cheesecake mixture over top the zero sugar brownies. Then add the extra spoonful of brownie mix you saved for the end.

I used a skewer to swirl everything together. I also used a paper towel to wipe it off between swipes to keep the colors more separated as they swirl for a cool Halloween vibe.

Bake in a preheated 350°F for 40-45 mins, on the bottom rack and then cool completely. I like mine to firm up in the fridge for a couple hours before enjoying. You should store them in the fridge too, cuz cheesecake.

Remove the Halloween cheesecake brownies from the pan.

And then cut them in 9 squares (3×3). My husband ended up splitting each square in two by cutting into a triangle and that was pretty cool.

I hope you enjoy these cheesecake brownies for Halloween too!

I’m thinking I may need to do red and green for Christmas next! Or maybe like red, orange, yellow for a fall vibe!

I love having at least one sugar free dessert recipe for those who need a healthier alternative or a diabetic family member or friend that just needs some baked love!

Follow me on Social media and show me your cheesecake brownies if you make them too! I wanna see your swirls!
