I want to share with you the most fun way to elevate your cinnamon rolls in a can for Christmas!

You must use the Grands version of the pillsbury cinnamon rolls because they’re the only ones that unravel. They have air fryer directions on the back but my air fryer did not take that long.

I preheated my pink air fryer from Amazon to 330°F but they took about 8 minutes to bake total. You do need to flip them half way.

And I highly recommend air fryer liners like these from Amazon. That’s where I got most of the products in this Christmas blog post.

While the Christmas cinnamon rolls are in the air fryer, I’m going to mix up an amaretti icing using the icing that the cinnamon rolls come with. I mixed together about 2 tbsp softened cream cheese, 3-4 tbsp powdered sugar and a few drops of this beautifully flavored Amaretti Essence. You don’t need much and it elevates these Christmas tree cinnamon rolls to the next level!

Using a Sieve to sift your powdered sugar prevents lumps in your cinnamon roll icing. Glass bowls are also from Amazon and come in a set with lids.

I used two different green food colorings from Walmart for my Christmas tree cinnamon rolls because I gave them more of a Grinch Whoville Dr. Seuss vibe.

The piping bags also came in a set with piping tips but you don’t need the tips for these cinnamon rolls because it’s more of a drizzle style icing. Save yourself the dishes on this one, ya know what I mean?!

Icing these air fryer Christmas tree cinnamon rolls would be fun to do with the kiddos before they’re loaded with sugar and hopped up on Christmas presents! Be sure to watch my video too for more tips and fun!

I did white sprinkles to be more elegant but mini m&ms would be cool or just rainbow sprinkles as ornaments. Pretty much just use whatever you have on hand to make your life easier! The Espresso spoons and Cutting board are also from Amazon.
