Easy Dubai Chocolate Brownies Recipe

Dubai Chocolate everything is my jam! I’m extremely late to the Dubai Chocolate trend but I’m glad I made it here! Let’s make these Dubai chocolate brownies but take some short cuts so they’re easier and quicker Dubai chocolate brownies!

The first shortcut is using boxed brownie mix. In my opinion, brownie mix can be just as delicious, if not more so than from scratch brownies. I wanted to try these Dolly Parton brownies, which were a good choice, but I think Ghirardelli brownie mix will always be my favorite because they have chocolate chunks already inside.

I added my own chocolate chip variety to this brownie mix. Really it was just the leftover chocolate chips I had on hand. I love using these metal bowls from Amazon for baking because they come in a set of all sizes and are super lightweight and durable. This is an affiliate link, as will be the rest in this recipe.

Be sure to use parchment paper andddddd cooking spray so your brownies come out easier after cooling.

While my brownies are baking, I make my toasted Kataifi. I use this brand from Amazon because it’s already shredded and the perfect amount, but you can use whatever you can find.

I started to low on my induction burner so it took me awhile to get to the toasty stage so turn it up a bit if you need, just keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn. I also added about 2-3 tbsp unsalted butter to my cast iron to melt before adding the Kataifi.

Then I just mixed in about 3/4 of a jar of bettergoods pistachio butter from Walmart. It’s more like a pistachio cream than butter which is what you’re looking for. It’s also the cheapest pistachio ‘cream’ that I could find. There are some on Amazon but they are a bit more pricey.

While the brownies and Kataifi are cooling, I worked on my ganache. All you need to do is heat up 125g (weighted) heavy cream in the microwave to 176°-185°F using a thermometer for accuracy.

Then add it to a white ramekin of 100g of dark chocolate. I had a high percentage dark chocolate and some leftover milk chocolate so I ended up doing 75g dark dark chocolate and 25g milk chocolate chopped.

Then you let the ganache sit, covered, for about 5 mins.

And then start whisking. It looks terrible at first but have faith in the ganache process.

So smooth!

Once your brownies have cooled, add the Kataifi pistachio cream mixture and spread with the back of a spoon.

Then pour your ganache and gently tilt the pan to fill it all in.

While the chocolate ganache is still liquidy and not set, I melted some white chocolate and added it to a piping bag to make vertical lines on top.

I did the same with the pistachio cream, making sure my lines were in between my white chocolate lines. If your pistachio cream isn’t runny enough and too thick, you can always pop it in the microwave for a few seconds to make it an easier texture to work with.

Then I just took a skewer and gently ran it up and down the ganache to make these cool designs. I wiped off my skewer between each line so that it was a smooth drag of chocolates.

I added some crushed pistachios to the border to bring the Dubai chocolate brownie design all together and then let chill in the fridge before cutting to make the lines cleaner.

I just slid the brownies out of the pan and took off the parchment paper to put the brownies on a cutting board.

You’re for sure going to want to use a damp paper towel to wipe off your knife in between slices to make the cut cleaner. I made 16 small pieces of Dubai chocolate brownies because they’re so rich but you can make them any size your heart desires.

These Dubai chocolate brownies are so beautiful, aren’t they?! I just can’t get over how beautiful they turned out.

These Dubai chocolate brownies do take a little more time than you’re average brownie, but with this easy Dubai chocolate brownie recipe with some shortcuts and hacks to make your life easier, there really isn’t much technically that you need to know to be successful.
