Impossible Cheesesteaks

Is there really anything else that needs to be said?

  • Impossible ground
  • Onion, sliced
  • Green pepper, sliced
  • About 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • 3 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, chili powder and paprika


  1. Sauté onion and pepper in a cast iron with a little oil
  2. Once the veg are done, remove from the pan and then add the impossible ground and start breaking it up
  3. Add the seasonings and then half of the vegetable broth
  4. Once the vegetable broth is soaked in, add the rest and continue cooking, this will create and thick juicy sauce for the meatless meat
  5. Put everything on a bun or sub roll with whatever you like! I did provolone, mayo and malt vinegar. If you wanna kick it up a notch, throw it on a grill or in the oven to toast it up
