
I love a s’mores dip, but you have to eat the hot ones so quickly and that’s just not my vibe.
This one can be kept in the fridge and it’s probably one of my most favorite east summer desserts to throw together on a hot day!
Ingredients:
- 6oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 and 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 4oz box instant chocolate pudding mix
- Graham crackers for dipping
- Mini marshmallows and chocolate for decorating (optional)
Directions:
- Using an electric beater, mix together the softened cream cheese, marshmallow fluff and powdered sugar together until smooth
- Add 1/2 cup of heavy cream and beat again until smooth a little more fluffy
- In another bowl, beat the remaining 2 cups of heavy cream and pudding mix together (this will whip up super quick, stop as soon as it does)
- In a bowl, alternate big spoonfuls of each bowl and swirl with a butter knife
- Decorate to your choosing or not at all then dip your Graham crackers and enjoy!
