Antipasto salad drama on the TikTok encouraged me to make some antipasto salad appetizers for a party or just a Friday night!

These antipasto salad quesadillas are super easy to make. Literally just tortillas, add some shredded mozzarella and all of your favorite antipasto salad toppings. I did marinated artichokes and all the peppers, salami, pepperonis, the options are endless!

Then you just slice them up and if you’re feeling wild, add some balsamic glaze on top, amazing.

I also dipped them in the creamy whipped pesto vibe I made in my ninja blender. It was just 8oz cottage cheese, 2-3oz softened cream cheese and a few tbsp pesto.
