How to use a Mini Bundt Pan & Box Brownie Mix to make Easy Christmas Desserts

My mother in law got me a Mini Bundt Cake Pan from amazon ever since I became obsessed with Nothing Bundt Cakes! I still can’t compare to them just yet so I’ll leave the cakes for them but I’m taking the brownies!

I am so tickled with how these turned out! Side note: I also made sugar free and gluten free peanut butter blossoms too so stay tuned for that recipe! They can easily be made vegan too with replacements!

For these beautiful wreaths, I just used Pillsbury Brownie Mix from amazon and made them according to the package directions. Mine baked in my oven for 30 minutes on 350°F.

You gotta let them cool in the pan completely before trying to remove them or you’ll have a big ol mess and Christmas is ruined! I’m just kidding, you will just take a deep breath and make another batch if that happens, cuz it’s the holidays, give yourself some grace and remember to relax and enjoy what’s important to you this time of year!

Once they’re cooled, I made a quick cream cheese icing for the decor. I just beat these ingredients together using a hand mixer. I got mine from amazon during Black Friday/Cyber Monday!

4oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cups powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2-3 tbsp heavy cream

I colored some red and some green and then left some plain too for holiday vibes.

Then I put them in some piping bags with some piping tips to make some wreaths!

I used M&Ms Holiday Mix and Minis because yum! But I also used this stunning Christmas Spinkle Mix because it had shiny sprinkles but most importantly, stars! I am going to use these for a few other festive sweet treats I have in mind in the next week or two!

Please please please show me yours on social media if you make them! I want to see your creativity in how you decorated yours!

Thank you for being here!

Ok love you bye
