I make chilaquiles the other day so I had a ton of leftover corn tortillas.

I also have Heart Shaped Cookie Cutters from Amazon.

So, here you have these cute heart shaped tortilla chips. Please feel free to just cut the tortillas with a pizza cutter or knife to make triangle chips.

Then just spray the heart shaped tortilla chips with some Pamela and bake in a preheated 400°F for just a few minutes on each side until crispy. They will crisp up more as they cool, so just be aware of that.

Once they cool, pop them in a bowl and add your favorite seasonings.

I used 1/4 tsp each of garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder and mushroom powder extract from Amazon. I did add a little juice of a lime first and then the seasonings because I was eating them right away. If you are planning on storing them or eating them in a bit and want lime flavor but don’t want your tortilla chips to get soggy, you can do lime zest or just omit it altogether.

I literally can’t say enough about Ellie’s Best Vital 7 Organic Mushroom Extract Powder from Amazon! Because it’s double extracted from 7 different mushrooms, it’s highly potent, super flavorful and has incredible health benefits! Oh and I’m obsessed with those Gold measuring spoons from Amazon too!

Once you give them a toss, you can enjoy these super cute and healthy, low sodium, low fat, delicious heart shaped homemade tortilla chips! Easy peasy!

My husband and I ate them on the side of some heart shaped elote corn quesadillas too!

And dipped the homemade heart shaped tortilla chips in some pico de gallo too!

Ok love you bye
