Pretzel Bites may be my favorite food. But I’m always out here trying to be healthier and eat low sodium and more protein blah blah boring. But I found these pretzel bites on TikTok using plain non fat Greek yogurt and are super easy to make. So I decided to try them so I can make sure they’re no salt added while also being delicious!

I’m going to share some of my favorite Amazon products that I use every day for all my baking but also my every day dinners and meals. These metal bowls come in a set which is great for preparing your ingredients before you begin cooking. They’re also super lightweight which is nice. Start by sifting 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour and 2 tsp baking powder together.

I love these pink metal measuring spoons.

I also love the old school style traditional crank sifter for baking. It’s so easy and nostalgically fun to use.

I used my gold measuring cup to measure 1 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt.

This pink silicone spatula comes in a set and is great for cooking too because it can hold up to some heat.

Give it a good mix and then turn it out and finish combining all the ingredients and knead together for a minute. Then I split it in two and roll each section into a roll.

Then I just use my bench scraper to cut them into about one inch size pieces.

Boil some water. I really want to share this beautiful pink cast iron Dutch oven from Martha. She works on my new favorite induction burner because it uses magnets for heat, which means it heats up the pot but the burner. The burner still gets warm from residual heat from the pot but it’s a lot safer to use. I love it so much for our little studio size area that doesn’t have a stove or oven.

Then add a few tablespoons of baking soda.

Then you drop in your pretzel bites for 30 seconds and pull them out and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet. I used my metal sieve to get the pretzel bites out of the pot. Then bake your pretzel bites in a preheated 425°F for 10 minutes.

Then I use these ramekins to melt 1/4 cup unsalted butter in this retro microwave.

And then add 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1:4 tsp parsley flakes. This is what is going to give these pretzel bites more flavorful since we aren’t adding salt. You certainly can, though!

Then brush your pretzel bites with the butter mixture when they come out of the oven.

And enjoy!

They’re so gorgeous!

And fluffy inside! They’re not exactly 100% as good as the traditional pretzel bites but I’d say they’re 90% there and that’s an A! They do the trick, for sure!

Be sure to watch my video for more details and fun!
Ok love you bye
