Ingredients:
- 1 cup oats
- 4 cups water
Directions:
- Soak oats in some water for 20 minutes, then drain and rinse.
- Add soaked oats and 4 cups clean water to a blender and blitz for 30-60 seconds.
- Strain in a nut milk bag.
- Enjoy!
