- 1/4 cup vegan butter
- 3 cups oat milk
- 8oz pkg vegan WayFare cream cheese
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp each of oregano, parsley and garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp each of basil, salt and pepper
- 1 container follow your heart vegan parmesan
- Noodles and roasted broccoli
- In a sauce pan on medium heat, mix the vegan butter, oat milk and vegan cream cheese until melted together.
- Add all of the spices and whisk. Then add the vegan parmesan. Summer for about 5-10 minutes until thickened.
- Mix into cooked noodles of choice and some roasted broccoli if you feelin fancy!
