Yummy Mummy Brownies (GF)

I wanted to try this Pillsbury Gluten Free Brownie Mix that I found at Walmart. So why not make these cute little mummy brownies to celebrate the first of October, spooky month!

I also got these Spooky Eye Ball Sprinkles from amazon which worked perfectly to make them even cuter!

I also used these pretty cheap piping tips and bags from amazon, the set plus like cake scrapers and stuff was a great deal in my opinion! I use them all the time!

Oh and the Halloween wax paper deli sheets or burger papers as my husband calls them are also from amazon and come with a tonnnn! They are great for backgrounds for pictures but also for parties, like putting in the chip basket and stuff. I also wrap my husbands sandwiches for lunch in them too! Cute!

Ingredients:

  • Gluten Free Brownies, prepared
  • 6 oz cream cheese, room temp
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temp
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sugar eye balls

Directions:

  1. Prepare brownies mix according to the package and let cool and the cut into rectangles depending on your preference of size
  2. Cream the butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla together until smooth and place in a piping bag to chill for a few minutes
  3. Pipe zig zags on the brownies to look like a mummy and then add eye balls wherever you feel like they should go
  4. Enjoy!

Lastly, nails are made from amazon, polish and glow in the dark decals
