Apple Cider Meatballs (Vegan)

This is a fun fall take on that classic grape jelly/ketchup cocktail meatball! The sweet apples really balance the meatless balls beautifully!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Apple cider
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 chopped Apple
  • 2 bags frozen meatless balls (I used Gardein but you do you)

Directions:

  1. Throw everything in a crockpot.
  2. Stir.
  3. Cook on low for a few hours or on high for a shorter time. Serve as is or you can put them on toothpicks with the chopped apples pieces if you’re feeling fancy.
  4. Enjoy!
