The title says it all.

Ingredients:
- Box of Penne noodles
- 1/3 cup chopped pickled jalapeños
- 1/4 cup bac’n bits
- 8oz container vegan cream cheese (I prefer wayfare)
- 1 cup vegan mayo (I used Hellman’s)*
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp dried chives
Directions:
- Cook noodles according to package
- While noodles are cooking, mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl
- Once you drain the noodles, rinse them in cold water to stop them from cooking and to cool them down
- Add noodles to the bowl and stir until combined
- Let chill in fridge for at least a few hours
*After the pasta salad is chilled, you’ll probably have to add more vegan mayo until you get your preferred pasta salad consistency because the noodles will soak a lot of it up. Don’t be scared to add more seasonings or jalapeños to your level of spicy and flavor if needed
