
I’ve always been a super fan in English muffin pizzas. When they go on crazy sales at the grocery I buy a bunch and throw them in my freezer!

I’m also obsessed with making my crockpot cauliflower bolognese as a quick healthy meal prep. I used some for this recipe and the rest for another meal later in the week, like maybe some pasta or homemade calzones.
I did add green pepper this time since I knew I was making pizzas and I didn’t feel like putting them on top layer.
English muffins, bolognese (or your fave red sauce), and then I did a blend of 4 cheeses but you can do whatever cheese you want.
Grill them, eat them, enjoy!
