A favorite local food truck in Maryland created this signature bbq rub that can be found at Ace Hardware in Ellicott City and Columbia, or at their 410 BBQ Food Truck. There’s just nothing better than potatoes to eat with some bbq! I added some broccoli for more nutrients and onion and pepper for flavor!

Ingredients:

• 2 1/2 lbs red potatoes, chopped
• 1 head of broccoli, chopped
• Red onion, chopped
• Pepper, chopped
• 410 BBQ Seasoning (or any seasoning of your choice)
• 2 cups milk
• 8-12oz shredded cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 425°F
2. Add veggies and seasoning to a large pan and drizzle a little olive oil and stir
3. Bake for about 45 minutes, stirring halfway
4. Then add milk and cheese and bake another 1/2 hour, stirring halfway, or until cheese is bubbly
5. Enjoy!
