
I have a BBQ Burger Casserole Recipe that I love so incredibly much! Then I had leftover Crockpot Chili and thought, why can’t I combine the two…so I did!

I may like this recipe even better, personally. It is the best of both worlds! You can make this vegan with the dairy replacements of your preference very easily because the eggless egg noodles are vegan and my chili recipe is vegan. Always feel free to play around with recipes, that’s what’s so fun about cooking! Make it your own!
I just boiled some eggless egg noodles from Walmart. When they were done and drained, I added about 8oz cream cheese and 8oz sour cream. Then I added garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper to taste.
In a 13×9, I put half of the noodle mixture, then some leftover chili of your choosing, but of course I recommend mine. Some shredded cheese, the rest of the noods, chili and cheese. Bake around 375°F for about 35 minutes and enjoy!
