
We did a little cookout for Memorial Day this past weekend and I loved these potatoes so much, I had to share the recipe! It’s super easy peasy!

I ended up par baking these potatoes a little bit before making them because I used them to weigh down my pie crust for my strawberry pie that same day 😂

Ok but doesn’t that look amazing?! That was dessert! Anyways, potatoes, right. So you don’t have to do that unless you wanna be epic and make this pie at the same time the same way I did 🤪
Cut some potatoes nice and thick so they don’t fall though the grill. You can do them landscape or portrait. I just did it based on the potato itself and what would work best.
Add some olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and red pepper chili flakes. Stir and put on grill. Then when they’re done, take those babies off and eat them. I would recommend letting them cook first so you don’t burn your tongue and can enjoy the rest of the cookout snacks!
