Roasted Brussels Sprouts (Vegan)

One of my friends taught me how to properly roast Brussels sprouts years ago and it completely changed my view of how a vegetable can be amazingly delicious!

Ingredients:

  • A big ol bag of Brussels
  • An oil of your choosing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut all of your Brussels in half and place on a cookie sheet. Do NOT crowd your pan, make sure it’s a single layer. Use two pans if you have to.
  3. Drizzle some oil of your choosing and salt and pepper on top of your Brussels and toss to coat.
  4. Roast for about 40 minutes, flipping half way.
  5. Enjoy!
