One of my friends taught me how to properly roast Brussels sprouts years ago and it completely changed my view of how a vegetable can be amazingly delicious!
- A big ol bag of Brussels
- An oil of your choosing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut all of your Brussels in half and place on a cookie sheet. Do NOT crowd your pan, make sure it’s a single layer. Use two pans if you have to.
- Drizzle some oil of your choosing and salt and pepper on top of your Brussels and toss to coat.
- Roast for about 40 minutes, flipping half way.
